Implementation process:
STEP 1: ACKNOWDLEDGING THE SERVICE REQUIREMENT
INLAW’s lawyer contacts, discusses with clients to understand their requirements and also receives relevant information, documents.
STEP 2: SIGNING THE SERVICE AGREEMENT
INLAW’s lawyer analyzes the case’s documents, relevant legislation and proposes legal solutions.
INLAW and the client sign a legal service agreement after agreeing with scope of work, implementation time and legal service fee.
STEP 3: IMPLEMENTING
INLAW’s lawyer implements work described in the legal service agreement that is comprised of:
- Collecting and adding missing information and documents of the dossier.
- Representing for clients to work with the relating third party.
- Researching thoroughly the documents and relevant legislation.
- Proposing professinal opinions.
- Other work listed in the legal service agreement.
STEP 4: LIQUIDATING SERVICE AGREEMENT
INLAW and the client perform liquidation procedure for legal service agreement and complete payment for service fees.
Note: The client shall not pay for INLAW any fees before signing the legal service agreement.
Legal service fees shall be calculated case by case based on the level of complexity, the number of work and consuming time in implementation.
